- Customer Responsibility:
Customers must remove all personal belongings and valuable items from their vehicle before the wrapping process begins. Wrap Boyz Miami will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, including items inside the vehicle. Ensure your vehicle is in a safe, legal area for wrapping, and if you have any concerns, please inform our technician.
- Vehicle Condition:
All vehicles are wrapped at the customer’s own risk. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by our materials, such as wraps, films, adhesives, or water-based products to OEM or aftermarket parts, including paint, powder coat, vinyl wraps, and protective films. Wrap Boyz Miami is not liable for damage to vehicle seals around headlights, taillights, or areas that absorb humidity.
- Battery & Electrical System:
Wrap Boyz Miami is not responsible for any discharged batteries during or after the vehicle wrapping service. Customers should ensure all vehicle lights (including interior lights and headlights) are off before our technicians arrive for the service.
- Scheduling & Service Times:
We do not guarantee exact time slots for vehicle wrapping services. Estimated service times may vary depending on the complexity of the wrap and the vehicle’s condition. Wrap Boyz Miami reserves the right to adjust service times, and we will notify the customer of any significant changes.
- Independent Contractors:
Wrap Boyz Miami may use independent contractors to perform your vehicle wrap. While the technician may change, this will not affect the quality or terms of the service.
- Payment Information:
To secure a booking, customers must provide debit/credit card details. Payments will be processed through a secure platform such as Square.com.
- Service Modifications:
We reserve the right to reschedule, alter, or move bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as staffing, weather conditions, or equipment failure. We will notify customers of these changes in advance when possible.
- Service Refusal:
Wrap Boyz Miami reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Additionally, we do not tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse toward our staff. Any such behavior may result in the termination of service.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
- Hourly Rates:
Any services outside the scope of the original booking, including but not limited to custom wraps or additional detailing, may incur an hourly rate of $60 (or a proportion thereof).
- Additional Charges for Hazardous Conditions:
A surcharge of at least 20% will apply to services involving excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, or other hazardous materials.
- Service Pricing:
The price for vehicle wraps will vary depending on the vehicle type, location, and condition. Our advertised prices are "Starting At" prices, and the final cost will be provided based on the details of your vehicle and the complexity of the wrap.
- Price Adjustments:
We reserve the right to adjust pricing during the service if it differs from the original estimate due to unforeseen circumstances, including changes to vehicle condition.
- Tax Exclusion:
All pricing does not include applicable local, state, or federal taxes. Taxes will be added at the time of service, based on the location.
Communications
- SMS & Calls:
Wrap Boyz Miami may send SMS messages to confirm service details. You may incur charges for these SMS messages depending on your mobile provider. We are not responsible for these potential costs.
- Customer Service Calls:
We may contact you to confirm or modify your vehicle wrap service, provide updates, or conduct a satisfaction survey. All inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
Our Service Terms & Conditions
- Marketing & Surveys:
We may ask you where you heard about Wrap Boyz Miami to help improve our marketing efforts or conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Payment & Card Information:
A valid debit or credit card must be provided to secure a regular vehicle wrap booking. Payment will be charged after service completion.
- Service Guarantee:
If it is clear that a service was not fulfilled according to the agreed package, or if there is evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will redo or refund the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no extra cost to you.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs to your vehicle after the wrap will void the service guarantee.
- If you refuse a redo appointment, only a partial refund (up to 10%) of the total service value will be available.
- Exclusions:
Failure to disclose issues like severe stains, odors, biological waste, or hazardous materials during the booking will void our service guarantee. Additional services required beyond the original scope will be assessed, and refusing these may invalidate the guarantee.
- Payment & Claims:
Payment is due at the time of service completion. Claims must be filed within 48 hours via email, and supporting evidence (such as photos) must be submitted within 24 hours.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation Policy:
You must notify Wrap Boyz Miami at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your vehicle wrap service. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee based on the services selected.
- Same-Day Cancellations:
Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a full service charge unless agreed otherwise.
- No-Show Policy:
If you fail to be present at the scheduled time and location for your vehicle wrap service, you will be charged the full value of the service.
- Modification of Booking:
Wrap Boyz Miami reserves the right to alter or reschedule a booking based on staffing, weather, or equipment failure. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
